We believe that nutrition education is an important pillar to success. Understanding the “why” behind science-based diet recommendations is an empowering tool! At Balanced Eats we strive to make nutrition education easy to understand, relevant, & fun. You will have the expertise to maintain your successes long after our time together.

Lifestyle Change 

When trying to achieve a goal or different result, change is necessary. Our aim is to develop a plan so that the what, when, where, why and how of eating are all contributing towards your personal goals. In addition, we will incorporate physical activity, sleep, & stress management into our plan - as they all play a role in appetite hormones & metabolism.


Healthy Mindset

While eating may not seem like a mental exercise, it truly can be. We will learn to make peace with food, our bodies, and ourselves. At Balanced Eats there are no “do not eat” lists or methods that involve starving/depriving. On the contrary, we will learn to nurture and listen to our bodies - cravings included. By ditching the idea of “perfection” & “all or nothing”, we will take a direct and balanced approach to success!

We take a comprehensive, individualized approach to meet your specific goals & needs. Instead of focusing on a single metric, we will review energy, mood, satisfaction, labs, body circumference, weight, and how you’re feeling to assess our progress. 

Why Balanced Eats?
